Support Issue
1.   We guaranty our servers are 90% uptime
2.   We give the support 9am – 6pm only in week days
3.   We do not visit client site to provide support
4.   We do not provide support or service on any script problems
5.   We do not provide  any data base support
6.   We do not provide any mail configuration support

Billing Issue
6.     You have to pay bills yearly
7.     You can pay the bills to our bank account only
8.     If you fail to pay the bill on due date there will be automatic disconnection
9.     All the bills/receipt are provided by email only
10. We will not give any printed bills or receipt

Hosting Issue
11.   You can not host any illegal web sites
12.   You can not host any pornography sites or content
13.   You can not host any video/audio sites
14.   We will not take any responsibility of loosing your data, please take backup when ever you need

Spamming Issue
15.   If you use your email or website for spamming, we deserve the right to terminate the site immediately

Domain Names
16.    Renew your domain 1 month before, we will be sending only one renewal notification
17.   We will not take any responsibility of loosing your domain name, if you fail to renew
